Our first meetings:

  • We will tour your home and discuss the property – including any improvements.​

  • We will discuss information about comparable and surrounding properties this will give you an overview of the current market.​

  • We will review a comparative market analysis along with a proposed selling price range for your home.

  • We strategically set up a plan to effectively market your home.

 

Marketing Your Home:

  • Each of the homes that are listed with our company has an individual marketing plan.​

  • Your home will be listed in the Long Leaf Pine Multiple Listing Service, only available to real estate agents, and as a showcase listing other high traffic websites.​

  • Personal follow-up after each showing will provide feedback we can use to gauge the impressions of the marketplace.

*Since the market is ever-changing, we will keep you abreast of changing market conditions, such as other competing homes on the market, always maintaining a proactive position.

 After we find a Buyer:

  • Once an offer is presented, you will be counseled on the terms of the offer along with response recommendations. After formulating our terms, negotiation with the buyer’s agent will commence until we come to an agreement. Being an integral part of our local real estate community we strive to create positive transactions.​

  • Once we have an executed purchase agreement, the buyer will conduct their inspections and submit a repair request. Upon receipt, we will obtain estimates from reputable tradesmen, discuss our response to the buyer and relay the terms.​

  • If any repairs are agreed upon, we are happy to schedule and coordinate the work.​

  • From time of contract to closing, we handle all communication between you and the buyers plus ensure all terms of the contract are adhered to.​

  • We coordinate with the closing attorney to ensure all documentation is in order prior to settlement.​

  • If there are any surprises that come up throughout the process, we will assist you at resolving any issues to your satisfaction.​
